The Huge Adventure of Simon Panrucker
LET'S GET OUR HUGE ADVENTURE ON.
Here is where I post stuff I find funny or interesting, or that I've created. I don't follow anyone on Tumblr because it ruined my already short attention span, so please don't be offended if you follow me and I don't reciprocate!
Last night I stayed up until 6am watching the election results with some friends; drinking wine and celebrating.
I am very tired now, so I can only talk with full stops - no exclamation marks here, but I am thrilled, proud, and optimistic.
It’s weird being so absorbed in the election process of a different country, but it clearly has huge impact on the rest of the world, and today I feel happier about a lot of things.
Congratulations, everyone.

I took a night class—Peace Studies—taught by Coleman McCarthy in Washington D.C. just before leaving for the Peace Corps. I consider him a personal influence, and a universal role model. Just found this video on youtube. It’s an hour, but it’s worth watching. His perspective is funny, kind, and honest.
“If we don’t teach the children peace, someone else is going to teach them violence.”
